We offer the best flooring warranty around. All of our jobs have a two (2) year labor warranty. If you should experience any problems with the floor that we had installed just give us a call and one of our representatives will come to your location and perform a quality check control and work with you to resolve any issues you might have. We also offer a limited lifetime material warranty (depending on the manufacturer) as long as you own your property.

Written estimate must be presented no later than one business day prior to our installation in order to receive a discount. Minimum order of $650 is required in order to offer a price match guarantee! Competitor's offer must be dated within 30 days prior to the date customer signs a purchase order with Ultimate Floor Deisgn. This offer is not valid for commercial projects, only valid to owners of residences. The offer must also be for a comparable product, and same project, which should include all dimensions, installation fees, discounts, materials, and all other charges. Policy is subject to change.
